Teleconnect charges

Have been with teleconnect for quite some time, and really have no problems,or certainly no more than everyone else no matter who they may be with,but concerned over their charges,
This months bill 49.20 euro's
The following all with vat.
ADSL subscription 29.90
France unlimited (from voip line ) 05.00
Anglo zone unlimited from voip line ) 05. 00
Calls from voip line (box) 06.47
calls from landline 02.82

I maybe thick,but why am I charged 6.47 and 02.82 when I thought this was covered by my two 5.00 euro payments.
Any ideas welcome.

the calls from landline are when you use a phone not plugged into the router
calls from voip are either to 'another' country (ie not covered by your contract) or to mobiles; your bill should detail these

Gosh you pay a lot! We pay €29.90 a month for ADSL, phonecalls to most of the world (except non geographic or mobiles) and TV. That's it. No line rental, Nothing.

We're with SFR although I believe there are other ISPs offering very similar packages. I have heard that with Orange/FT you still have to pay line rental, but I'm not sure about that.

FT line rental of 16 Euros par mois with Orange but with the benefit of FT sorting out any technical troubles. If you're with any of the other mob, FT aren't interested !

I'm pretty sure that orange (ie FT) do a non-degroup deal for 34.90 as well (degroup = don't pay a line rental)

I would never ever do away with paying for the line rental to FT.
So many we know lose all contact with the outside world,when their PC or the electricity is down. We just plug in our non electric telephone and bingo there is life out there
